Yes, the time is here to say goodbye to the 13th Doctor and Jodie Whittaker in The Power of The Doctor.  With Scott filling in for Paul who has got the lurgi, he joins Phil in chatting about the 13th Doctors final story.  A story that was full to the brim of nostalgia that warmed the cockles of Phil's heart but was it any good as a fitting send off for Jodie Whittaker?
