Phil and Scott decided to revisit the Peter Capaldi era of Doctor Who with Flatline, a story that has little bit of significance for Phil as this was the first episode of Doctor Who that he watched with Scott way back in 2014! But how does this story hold up for both of them after all this time and how does Clara's story arc of wanting to be the Doctor feel to them both?
